World-Class Training in Brantford Ontario

Caged Dragon is in its 16th year, and we've proudly grown to become one of Southern Ontario's premier martial arts clubs.

All Caged Dragon members have the opportunity to compete in sanctioned Boxing Ontario competions, MMA events across Ontario, and Muay Thai shows all over the World.

We also offer our Little Dragon kickboxing classes for kids ages 8 & up. Our adult co-ed classes are for anyone 15 and up. All classes are beginner-friendly in a comfortable, fun, family-type atmosphere.

Our facility has:

• over 3000 square feet of space.
• a full size professional Everlast boxing ring.
• over 1200 square feet of grappling mats.
• speed bags, banana bags, double-end bags,
  agua bags & standard boxing bags.
• cardio & strength training equipment.
• showers/changeroom with lockers.
